We are currently seeking applicants for the position of a Digital and Social Marketing Manager on our marketing team based out of our Head Office in Saint John, NB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Strategy Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales growth.
- Manage Digital Agency Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital marketing agency, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals. Oversee campaigns related to SEO, SEM, display, and other digital marketing channels. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resource and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee Social Media Strategy Manage the Social Media Manager and work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Operations, Merchandising, Ecommerce and Customer Service to build and execute a social media strategy that increases brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Email Marketing Program Develop and execute a strategy for the email marketing program, focusing on customer segmentation, personalized content, and data-driven decision-making to increase engagement and conversions.
- Support Online Marketing Initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to support online marketing campaigns and initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and brand partnerships.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels. Use insights and analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends Keep up with digital marketing best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to ensure KENT remains competitive and innovative in the digital space.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including managing digital strategies, social media, and email marketing.
- Proven experience managing relationships with digital agencies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms such as Dot Digital and Magento.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
